What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Oh Monday...we meet again. Anyone else not feeling it today? I worked 100% of this weekend and while I am in no way "caught up" I made a dent and feel a little better about heading into this week. I am back to the district office for what I think (pray) is my final training day today.
QOTD: What time was your alarm set for this morning? And what time did you actually get out of bed? I have mine set for 4:05am on days when I am going to school (not sure why the :05 makes me feel better, but it does, lol!), and I usually flutter my eyeballs open a few minutes earlier. But since today is a late start for training it was set for a luxurious 5am! But of course, I still woke up at 4am.
Good Morning... (I think)
We are dog sitting this week and let's just say the dog had a 'ruff' night and my dog isn't happy about having a dog visitor.
QOTD: I don't set an alarm. My husband wakes me up before he leaves for work.
B: Premier shake
S: boiled egg
L: turkey and cheese roll-ups with horseradish mustard
D: homemade cobb salad with vinaigrette

Good morning. I have been tossing and turning since 1 am this morning and now its 3:15am. So, I decided to get up. I think a nap is in my future today. My husband is out of town and I just don't sleep well when he isn't home.
QOTD- I am usually up by 5 am. I don't set an alarm, but body just gets up. Sleeping in is waking up at 6:30 on the weekends, which never happens.
Accountability- I struggled yesterday. I had some potato chips and blue berries that were not part of the plan.
Food plan for the day-
B- crack an egg cup
L-2 chicken skewers and zuchinni
D- smoked tri-tip leftovers. It turned out really tasty.
S- chomps or a light and fit greek yogurt
Good morning. I'm also not feeling it! But I think because I was sick Friday and left early Thursday I have that "I haven't worked in ages" feeling.
qotd: my alarm clock is set for 5:30, but my cat has a knack for waking me up at 5:20-5:25 on the nose for her breakfast. She can't even wait for my actual alarm?
breakfast: coffee and Premier
lunch: tuna packet, dill pickle
snack: HB egg with spicy mustard
dinner: marinating some chicken breast for the grill. Maybe some zucchini with it.

QOTD: today I took a vacation day but I got up at 5:30am and took the dogs out & fed them. During the work week my alarm goes off at 4:45am and I hit snooze once. I rarely if ever wake up before my alarm and I am not a jump out of bed and be all awake and ready to go, nope I need coffee & quiet first
