Morning!
how was everyone's day? The party was a big hit yesterday! Today will be spent putting things back together and getting sorted for the week.
qotd: what's the last movie you saw in theatres? Part of me wants to skip the adult in today and disappear into the movies. Who's with me?
menu: no idea. Coffee, premier.
will probably go out for breakfast with the in laws before they leave.
take care !

Good morning!! Happy Sunday! I am already at the airport, headed home, yay!!
qotd - I saw Jurassic World-Fallen Kingdom a few weeks ago in the theater. I think any day is a good day for the movies! Since I'll be home by 8am, maybe I will not adult and go to the movies too - Denzel has a new action movie out!
accountability - with travel and my friend's gallery show and everything, I realized about 9pm that I was only at 25g protein/40 oz fluid. It was not great - I did mix up a bottle of syntrax to boost both but will need to do better today.
menu -
b - coffee + half and half, coffee with 1/3 premiere
s - light and fit greek
l - 2 oz deli turkey, 1 oz cheddar
d - 2 oz ground beef, 1 oz cheddar, 1 pickle
614 calories, 60 protein, 16 carb
have a wonderful Sunday!

Quick check in before we head to Trader Joe's for the weekly provisions.
We went to see Hotel Transylvania 3 yesterday at the theater and really enjoyed it. Can't wait until it comes out on Netflix so we can watch all three in a row! Looking forward to seeing Christopher Robin with Ewen McGregor, opens on August 3 I think. Looks really funny and sweet! There were lots of loud kids at our showing and I was reminded how nice it is to watch a movie at home where I can pause and go to the kitchen and bathroom! Oh well, nice to get out!
Our new Toshiba Kindle TV arrived while we were out and hopefully we will get that set up today and get to watch! Also got some exercise equipment this week that needs construction so I can do some workouts at home.
Other than that, pretty quiet day.

Yippee! It's definitely more responsive than my last Galaxy tab, which wasn't that old. Also enough memory to download lots of Kindle books and watch Netflix movies while you recover from PS! Have fun!

Good morning! Up early to feed my beasties. Yesterday was fun, my mom came in and we went to a Sears that is closing. I got some underwear (mine we're getting a bit saggy lol) and a pretty cardigan type overpiece sweater for the fall, all for around $15. I've collected quite a few of these sweater/overpiece/cardigan type items and figure it's ok if they get big on me--I can just wear plain tshirts and such underneath that do fit well and are cheap enough to replace if and when I need to. Yay for easy fall wardrobes :P
today I'll go to the gym and then pick a few things up at the store for the week, and I have a bit of work to do in the garden. Pulling up my spring broccoli plants that I allowed to bolt (bees love broccoli flowers) and my sugar snap peas are dead. I'll plant more in the fall. Then I plan on relaxing tonight and maybe DH and I will rent a movie to watch while we eat supper.
qotd: the last movie I saw was Ant-Man and the Wasp last weekend. DH and I love comic book movies and we really enjoyed that one.
Breakfast: I saved art if my omelette from yesterday, I'll fini**** today
lunch: tunable packet, maybe a HB egg
dinner: chicken Parmesan with my homemade canned marinara sauce.

Cassie, glad you got some new things. When I was losing fast, I ended up completely changing sizes every 4-6 weeks, so there really is a temptation to just wear things baggy. I encourage you not to do that too much because part of the joy of WLS is seeing your new body change and feeling good in your clothes. I did alot of shopping at our local thrift stores and on Swap.com. I would limit myself to paying no more than $5 an item but get a couple of new tops every month and take the out-grown things back! The only things that I bought new were bras, underwear and 2 pairs of pants, one black and one navy. Just my opinion...

Oh I'm definitely not just going with baggy things :P just a few open over-piece type sweater items for the fall and winter in my cold office that aren't necessarily meant to be form fitting. I will wear more fitted tops underneath. I guess I meant like I could change up the looks of them by wearing different things underneath, if that makes sense. I'm definitely bargain and thrift hunting for other nice things that fit well as I progress, and most certainly buying new underwear and bras, and camis

Good Morning Menuers!
We came home from camping yesterday because, in all honesty, I thought we were going to float away in the RV! Glad to be home early so I can prepare for the week.
QOTD: I can't remember the last movie we saw in the theater. DH can't sit still long enough and they really don't interest me. We will binge watch shows in the evenings occasionally.
B: coffee then 2 slices of bacon and an egg
L: leftover southwest salad from dinner last night
D: turkey and cheese roll-ups and some cantaloupe
S: may try a few prunes - need to get things moving
Have a super Sunday everyone!
