Good Morning! It's Fri-YAY peeps! I am hoping the work day is better today, lots of chaos and annoyances yesterday. JB, Happy Surgiversary!! You inspire for sure, thank you for being here.
QOTD: I think probably about 80% prepping and 20% relaxing so I definitely need to make changes there. An eye opening question.
Time since surgery: 3 years 11 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Quest chips, carbmaster cottage cheese, and iced latte bar
D: TBD/ dinner for hubby?s birthday at Spaghetti Factory so either a salad with chicken or a giant meatball and maybe some broccoli with mizithra
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal and a plum
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
