So I just lost my post (again - lost one yesterday). Arghh...
JB, you look beautiful and have done a great job at this maintenance challenge. As I was just commenting in an online maintenance group, I think we each have to adopt an individualized set of principles to live by which will help us maintain. You have definitely done that!
My pics are at my heaviest just before I started researching WLS thoroughly. We were at a resort in Mexico and I was so hot and uncomfortable and I ate so much I didn't really enjoy it. I just got fed up with myself (kind of literally).
QOTD: When I plan to relax I am probably 50% successful as I find things I "need" to do. But I do use going to the beach for full relaxation!
2 Years, 3.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19.5 months)
Always lots of coffee...
