You look great! But I know what you mean about feeling larger than you really are! I have adjusted some over the months, but I still feel like I should lose more weight some days.

You are the opposite of enormous! It is amazing how much you lost and have kept off!

Good morning menu friends. Lily and I walked 4.5 miles this morning. We'll do another mile after supper tonight. No work today but hubby is going to give blood and we have some errands to run. Accountability was great with 10,124 steps and no extra bites. Post op 5 years 10.75 months and weight at 119 today. No new pics so I'll post a before and after and follow JB's lead. Heres todays food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L not sure as we'll eat out but definetely protein D 4 oz brat patty with onions 1/2 c lettuce salad S 1/2 c smartpop popcorn and 1 string cheese.
