Mornin' All!
feeling really crunched the last couple of days. I'm kind of wanting to postpone my trip to Ohio in light of everything else going on, but when someone (my friend) has brain cancer, you just never know. I'd probably better go. There's SO MUCH that needs to get done before my surgery -I was having some real bouts of anxiety yesterday. I'll be so glad when this is all over and I feel more like a retired person!!
QOTD: I never really prepped for the work week other than looked at my calendar on Sunday evening to see what was in store. Now I look at it to see what coffee/lunch dates and other various appts I have coming up and what the exercise plans are for the week (I write in tentative ones the week before)
movie last night. I did not resist the popcorn. Feeling it sitting in my gut this morning. Ugh.
3 years 1 month out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein pumpkin latte shake
L: leftover Korean food (meat & veggies only)
AS: protein pumpkin pie or yogurt
D: if we're home, pork chop & veggies. I'm guessing my friend from Turkey is going to want to go out tonight, though
first pic I was probably at/near my highest weight. Second two - about where I am now. I was going to post one at my lowest weight, but I couldn't find one I liked. And to be honest, I really don't look any thinner in those than I do in these other two pictures - or now. So why do I feel so enormous???
I'm hoping my torso will look thinner after I have plastic surgery. I was (and am) apple-shaped, so I carried most of my weight in my torso - and it shows (lots of excess skin there). Although one PS I consulted with said I'll never have an hourglass figure - my bones/muscles just aren't built that way. Boo. But I suppose I'll look a little thinner (why am I obsessing about this??? I look fine!!)
Even with plastic surgery you still have fat days in your brain
