QOTD: Return!! Love my MacBook Air. You can easily put office on it they have a Mac version...I am sure the people at the Apple store will happily make sure you are all set up. This is why I love Apple too... customer service, I have a three year old phone and have had some issues lately, actually it has crashed three times while on MFP. Both times they walked me through about a half hour of reload, reboot and last time factory reinstall settings for free.

Plus with traveling around with it? Air is so light and streamlined.

My son has a 12 year old MacBook I bought him the first year of college that is still humming away. At some point he put in a stainless steel hard drive, but other than that. Gold.

Jenorama did I do good advertising for Apple?

PSA: Acid has been kicking my butt. :/

Yesterday at Target I asked my Starbuck workers if they too do free refills with the app. It never occurred to me since it's supposed to be 'same visit' and you are not sitting down at Target. They said yes. This is dangerous knowledge. I like to get my maximum value and I rarely buy cold drinks because I can drink through them in a second. Yesterday I got the Passion fruit ice tea with heavy cream, then went back and asked for a refill of just the concentrate (no ice no added water) so I can make at home myself today.

B: cold brew latte, overnight oats

L: grilled chicken, cauliflower-"potato" salad

D: Salmon, spinach

S: protein drink, cantaloupe, Greek yogurt, at night been eating a bran and flax hot cereal concoction and it helps calm nighttime acid.

Ex: Gym

I'll try the bran and flax. I have my arsenal - the PA at my surgeon's office gave me a prescription for prescription-strength Zantac (forget the generic name) which he said some people find helpful - and if not, he said I could go back to a PPI. I also always have Tums, Gaviscon tablets, and papaya enzyme tablets with me at all times to take as needed. And I take a couple of tablespoons of liquid Mylanta (or the generic equivalent) before I go to bed. All this crap does keep it (mostly) managed, but a PPI would probably be easier...they've just gotten a lot of bad press lately, but then again, if nothing else works....??
