Morning JB & Menu Makers!
The weather you had yesterday we had on Sunday. It was so hot & humid this weekend it was hard to breathe. We had a major thunder & lightening storm and rain that flooded most areas. Good for the grass/plants etc, bad for the storm drains. It is so nice and cool here now, 17C (62F) and only getting into the mid 20's (mid 70s) today. Its glorious.
Accountability: I literally fell asleep on the couch at 530pm yesterday and woke up at 10pm when hubby got home from baseball. He woke me up, I had a drink, took some meds and went back to bed. I am super rested but didn't eat!

I've been using the patches for several months now because I wasn't absorbing some of my vitamins very well (calcium and iron). I haven't had any bloodwork since I switched to know whether or not I am doing better.
I buy them on the PatchMD website. Through today they have a buy one get 50% off sale on.

hi all
QOTD and another QOTD for those that read this: I see a stone fireplace with no flue and a propane gas line which I can't turn on because its not vented. the brilliant person that designed this place put in 2 fireplaces, both of which are vent-less so not recommended for use. there is also one in our room. second QOTD: did anyone buy anything on amazon prime day? I only used my whole foods credit for $10 and got some chocolate protein powder for $2 after the credit. I really wanted to buy another IP or buy an air fryer.
