What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
I'm just riding it out lol. I do have some bald spots along my part, so I just keep parting it differently. Nobody else notices. I'll just rock the combover for a while :P

Good morning. Another hot day in store here in SC. Come on fall! I work in Columbia and the city's motto is "Famously Hot!" Today will be just that.
QOTD I now have short hair. I knew the hair falling out was going to be an issue( it happened also when I had a total knee replacement couple of years ago), so I had it cut shorter than usual. Once it starts to come back, I'll let it get back to chin length.
Yesterday cals 768, protein 70, carbs 28, fat 42. Today B 1st tea with half and half then deli chicken breast. L boiled egg. D salmon. Snacks light string cheese, deli chicken, dill pickle.

QOTD: My hair has actually gotten better since WLS. I was never able to grow it. It seems to have gotten wavier as well. I am enjoying the length. I need a cut though. When it gets relayered the curls come out. Have hair dye in my hair as I write this. :) I switched to Demi permanent color a few years ago and I think that?s why my hair is better as well, not as harsh as permanent and covers the gray better
I have actually been losing hair the last 6 months, which I think Is my low ferritin
My girlfriend has thick frizzy hair and loves the keratin treatments.
Food?
B: overnight oats and latte
Protein drinks, grilled chicken with veggies, otherwise I don?t know. My sister?s last day here so plan on spending it with her.

Good morning menu friends! Today started out better than yesterday as my alarm actually went off when it was supposed. Lily and I already walked our 4 miles and will do at least another mile tonight. Accountability so so. I didn't get my 10,000 steps in(total was 7,435) and dinner changed as we went to BobEvans and had breakfast for supper but calories were still in line. QOTD my hair is about 2 inches below my shoulders and very straight. I wear it either down and curled or pulled back in a ponytail. Yesterday I cleaned and sanded in the wood shop. They make school desks and then ship them to anyone who needs them both in the US and internationally. Today will be more sanding and we get to actually put one together. This is a very neat place and every shipment that goes out is sent out with a group prayer. Post op 5 years 10.5 months and weight 119.6 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots D 4 oz mushroom swiss burger 1/2 c lettuce mixS 1/2 c smartpop popcorn 1 cheese stick. Have a great day all! Time for coffee and to get hubby up.
Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!
Julia, what is a Kerritin treatment and what does it do for your hair?
QOTD: My hair is long and I have bangs. My hair started thinning several years before WLS and really fell out after WLS. I think it's growing back in some, so it's fuller at the top and thin on the bottom half. I should probably cut off the ends. I also think it has grown back frizzier.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 86, Calories - 1,285, Carbs - 175.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana
L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: Healthy Choice turkey meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt
E: walking Blossom
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Today is my Friday; once I hit 4pm AZ time I'm free until Monday morning! Yay.
Accountability - pretty much on track yesterday although I didn't finish the whole premiere so was a little light on protein; I made a milky tea fairlife skim with my sleepytime tea and that got me to 60 at least.
B - coffee + premiere X 2
L - cannon light and fit
D - .7 oz salami and 3 oz mozarella
exercise - I have so much to do today, I may give exercise a rest
Vitamins - on track
edited to add QOTD - I am growing it out, I'm always a short haired person, but right now I'm trying to get to between chin and shoulder length. Of course, I'm also shedding like some kind of incredibly fuzzy animal moving from winter to summer; fortunately, I have always had way too much hair so now I have the same amount of hair as normal people. I asked my hairdresser if I needed to worry about bald spots and she just laughed.
Have a great day, everyone!

I'm glad the day went well. I think you have the personality to help a dysfunctional team learn to work together and enjoy it so though it may be a challenge I'm sure your efforts will pay off.
QOTD: My hair has always liked to be short and has a fair amount of body when it is. It is fine, but there is a lot of it and it sort of curves where I want it when short. And I actually like it even better when it is humid because it feels thicker and has even more body (but only when short...). I was so glad I didn't lose any post-WLS. When I grow it any longer, even to my chin, it is fine when there is no humidity, but add even a little humidity and it gets these weird "S" curves and flips directions where I don't want it to go. So... even though I have grown it at times, it always ends up being cut more or less the way it is right now.
2 Years, 3.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19.5 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese (if I get the tuna salad made) OR sliced chicken
D: Not sure - might be going out after support group meeting, otherwise Leftover pork kabobs with peppers
S: Nut thins and hummus
