Oooh, I use them too. I use a tsp of the jello powder and one 6 oz container of Fage yogurt

SF pudding powder (chocolate) + Fage Greek yogurt = chocolate mousse

Or the white chocolate

Or the butterscotch one (my absolute fave)

Unusually hi-protein day - no idea why... hunger?

Brunch - most of a tall can of wild caught Alaskan salmon minus the bones visible fat and fatty skin. The meat really good and soft mixed in with the can juice - I scooped it with smooth dill mustard and two large pieces fresh French bread . Sides - pickled beets and pickled gherkins . Starbucks coffee pod with fat free skim milk ( basically a giant latte ) orange soda mixed with some orange juice and a bit of lime ( really good and calorie -smart)

middle of the afternoon snack - spinach saag paneer

dinner - very lean marinated grilled flank steak sliced super thin fat free bearnaise sauce ( knorr bearnaise mix made with butter buds and skim milk powder) . 3 Fat free baked potato croquettes .

It was nice but very busy weekend.

QOTD: Ostrim meat sticks. These suckers are expensive(at least for me) so when I find them at good price I stock up.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage

L: 3 oz turkey breast

S: 2 oz turkey breast

D: 3 oz grilled shrimp, 2 oz skinless chicken thigh, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick
