YESSS it was so good! I laughed, I cried, I loved it all!
It was a total surprise, I had no idea where they were taking me, so it was a blast!

Yesterday was my first "lazy" day in a while. My Red Sox won again and I finished packing for the trip. Today and tomorrow are packed full of appointments and running around like a crazy person. It should be a good day and a the start of a really good week.

Qotd: Fabric! As a quilter I absolutely hoard fabric. What if I am in the middle of a project and am snowed in with a dead car and two broken legs and can't get to the fabric store?!

Accountability: yesterday was much better than the last couple days. Still high on calories (I might be settling closer to 900), but protein was spot on.

Bf: protein pancakes, 3" banana, 1t margarine, 1T sugar free syrup

MS: 1 babybel, 1 hard boiled egg

L: 3 Turkey meatballs, 3 triscuits

AS: 1/2 oz pork rinds, 1 homemade protein chocolate chip cookie

D: 2oz Gastric bypass cookbook baked "fried" chicken thighs, 1/4cup soft cooked veggies

875 calories, 80g protein, 120oz water, 1hour yoga, 1hour treadmill, all vitamins

Sewing is serious business! You have to think of these things!

My favorite yarn store used to have pre-Snow Day sales so in case you were in danger of being house bound without anything to knit. I do have to admit that we were actually snowed in for 8 days a couple of years ago and the WiFi was spotty, so all I could do was knit. I made about 20 washcloths and taught myself to do cables! Doesn't happen very often in MD!

I love knitting, as long as there isn't too much counting involved. I am thinking about bringing something with me on the trip. Mostly to keep busy when I would normally eat. Maybe in that time I could finally teach myself cables too...

Good morning! JB, hope you can get your team on the same page.

This weekend was busy with family obligations and church functions. But because they were things I wanted to do, it didn't seem like much of a chore. Well, having to get up at 5:30 on a Sunday because our Sunday school class was responsible for the breakfast for our lakeside service was a chore! I normally skip lakeside and just come wheeling in at 8:45 for SS and worship, but since DH was cooking, thought it might look bad if I didn't show up, lol!

QOTD I am the world's biggest hoarder of Bath and Body Works shower gels and lotions. I have an entire shelf in my wall in closet devoted to just BBW. If there is a zombie attack, I can help them smell better.

I've noticed the last week or so that I've been going over my goal for calories and in looking at it, it seems I'm not making the best choices of lean protein. So I'm going to cut out having beef too many times a week and stick with more fish and chicken. Yesterday cals 911, protein 68, carbs 19, fat 61. Today B 1st tea with half and half then 2 boiled eggs then more tea. L tuna salad. D salmon. Snacks string cheese and 1/2 protein shake.
