ANYONE ELSE SERIOUSLY STRUGGLING???

I am 10 years out and until I joined OH at 9 years out I had zero support. My hospital didn't offer it. I love the support I have gotten here. People who are very knowledge and know more then our dietician and in some cases surgeons when it comes to maintaining and vitamins. I am not on Facebook, I got off my regular Facebook account years ago. Too much drama and seeing people in a different light then I needed to. I can imagine the WLS Facebook group might be the same.

Even when struggling a bit I come here and read. I don't feel so alone.

I did find a group at another hospital but am not very inspired by it. OH is the best you will get.
