Hiked and biked with husband in Virginia and North Carolina for the past two weeks. Couldn't have dreamed of doing that at 340 pounds...

I am constantly thrilled with what my body lets me do now.

Beautiful pictures,Audrey! Congratulations on all your success. I feel the same way every morning when I walk 4 miles briskly with ease. And to think--when I started I was out of breath going down my vasement steps.
