What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?

Hello Weekenders! Happy Saturday!

I've been entirely on plan and calories yesterday were 630, with 12 grams of carbs, 72 grams of protein, and 88 ounces of liquids. Sodium was a little over MFP's daily ceiling, so there's that, but it wasn't terribly extreme. I wasn't as physically active as usual, but not a total slug, either. Anyway, I am up a full .8 of a pound this morning! Arrgh! Hopefully I'll soon see a drop! My goal is to be at or under 150 by my birthday in October, an ambitious goal which I may or may not hit - but if I don't, it won't be for lack of trying! And if I don't hit that goal by then I will just keep on keeping on and reset my goal timing to Christmas! I am 13 months out, so Christmas would be 18.5 months out. By then I hope to be under goal and beginning maintenance. We will see! Anyway, hopefully the scale will have good news for me tomorrow morning!

QOTD: I miiiiight enjoy buying perfume and jewelry a liiiiiittle too much. And clothes. And shoes. And books.

Posting later today as state park we were at last night had no wifi. We made it to our next work site and have the camper all set up and they have nice fast wifi so that's good. This site is only about an hour from home and is a warehouse that packs and distributes flood buckets in the US and dignity kits for the homeless. Overseas that repair bikes and treadle sewing machines and send them to 3rd world countries. They have nice RV sites with electric,sewer and water and there are 10 RVs to be here. QOTD shooting rifles,pistols and shotguns. Lily and I walked 4.25 miles this am. Accountability good with 10.120 steps and no extra bites. Weight today 118.8.Heres food for today B 1 egg 1/2 piece toast L turkey and cheese roll up D 4 oz protein of some type. Going out to eat with the inlaws then back to Chatham.
