What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?

For sodium, I looked at my numbers and its no more than usual, pretty low for the most part. Bathroom - I'm good there. I gained then lost about 15 in May/June. I may still be recovering from that assault... I hope I'm not done, I still want to get to goal of 145.

Good morning! Going to see Antman and the Wasp today with DH for lunch, and I've been pouring over the online menu, as it's an Alamo drafthouse and they serve real lunch/dinner food during the movie. Unfortunately it's not very WLS friendly, but I think I'm going for an Asian chicken salad. I'm open to suggestions if anyone else has been to one (or wants to bother looking up the menu)
qotd: when DH is out of the house I relax and have ME time by reading in the bubble bath. Sometimes I do a face mask. He bought me a tray thing that sits across the tub and it has an easel so I can prop my book up and not worry about dropping it. It also has a non-spillable wine glass holder that I haven't used since surgery, but it's nice that it's there. Maybe once in a while after maintenance :)
breakfast: normally on weekends I cook bacon and eggs, but since lunch is going to be high-cal most likely, I'm sticking to my usual coffee and Premier
lunch: Asian Chicken salad?
dinner: depends on if DH stays home or goes out gaming. If he's home, Italian meatballs, marinara, mozzarella, with fresh basil sprinkled on. If I'm alone, I'll continue picking at my rotisserie chicken in the fridge and maybe have some vegetable thing.

The last Alamo I went to had ricotta-chicken meatballs -- I ignored the bread and they were a decent choice (and they were very tasty).

Update: I ended up going with a chicken sandwich (was a chicken breast patty) without a bun and subbing a side salad in place of fries. I think I did ok with that :) the chicken was moist and came with hummus and pesto on the side. I can't remember the name of the sandwich.

Good morning! I am not sure of what today will bring. It's going to be hot out. I would love to drive over to the farmers market.
Yesterday I just didn't feel hungry. I ate my breakfast and the rest of the day, I didn't have an appetite. I am not sure if it was the heat or just stress. I did eat some cottage cheese around dinner time.
QOTD- I love vinegar. Nothing makes me happier than a beautiful balsamic vinegar or an herb-infused vinegar.
B-chicken sausage, 1 egg, 1 oz light motz
L-Tuna with cottage cheese, pickles, onion and jalepenos
D-I am smoking a brisket

Good morning,
Ive been busy working, helping friends out and attending support groups. This week I had to attend a class for work, it was interesting. Yesterday I had labs drawn for the bariatric dr yearly checkup and my regular doctor to check my fatty liver disease. Also had lunch with the church ladies.
Today I'm going to my friends granddaughter birthday party so cake will be involved somewhere in my meal.
Qotd that I love kayaking, went last year for the first time.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans. Also had a dinner roll from lunch yesterday.
