Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 4 miles in and will do more tonight at Siloam Springs state park where we'll be spending tonight. Tomorrow we head to Chatham Il and the Midwest Distribution center for 3 weeks. When I finish this I'll start putting items into their traveling spots and get hubby up and ready to move out. We have several stores to stop at on the way out of Quincy. QOTD this whole Nomads thing is an NSV. I would never have had the energy or the self confidence to even attempt it at my presurgery weight. I've developed skill at removing wallpaper, painting skills, caulking skills and even put up insulation. None of this would have been possible before. And I've made new friends in the process. Thankful each and everyday for my surgery. Post op 5 years 10.5 months and weight at 119.6 today. Weight is up abit in our 3 weeks here probably from eating more than my usual lunch when I ate in the cafeteria. Back to better habits this next three weeks. Accountability withplank challenge done and 10,025 steps and no extra bites. Heres today food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli meat and cheese 3 baby carrots D chicken kebob S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day and make some smart and conscious choices!
You are amazing Karen!

ACK! It posted my entry before I added my photos. Photos are of Otter, our new rescue dog. We will get her in about a week after she has been spayed and Saralisa gets home from Royal Family Kids Camp. She was found abandoned in the country. She was caught in a lady's live trap and brought into the animal shelter. She is very timid and very sweet. They think she is a chihuahua / dachshund mix. I don't know if we will name her something else, (Saralisa likes Abbie or Sophie) or keep her name as Otter. At the shelter they named her Otter because she stands up on her hind legs.
Please ignore the ridiculously goofy look on my face, but it's a good picture of Otter. The second picture is Saralisa holding Otter and to be fair I'm adding a picture of Tippy and Blossom, too. Now we will have dogs that are small, medium and large. LOL
Have a wonderful day everyone!
