Interesting that you commented about your shoulders and ribs being narrow and being able to fit in smaller sizes. I totally get it!! BUT, I'm on the other end of that, lol. Mine are broad/wide can't imagine fitting into a small shirt due to my shoulders or a bra smaller than a 36 due to my ribs or pants smaller than a 10 due to my broad hip bones. I still have some fat in my middle area, so that could still change... But, I wondered if anyone else would even understand what I meant if I mentioned it! Thank you, Cara!!

Oh Amy! I have hip bones that every ob-gyn I ever saw told me were made for having babies - i.e., wide! (Sorry men on the board if that's TMI!) And believe me when I state categorically that I still have fat everywhere, ribs, arms, abdomen, thighs! Maybe not in my wrists but that's about it! And unfortunately, what fat remains in my face is steadily sliding south! Yikes! And I don't even know how to describe the strange changes in my formerly bouffant derriere! But my body has always been an hourglass as opposed to an apple, even when very thin. I don't even wear slacks now - I look better in skirts, they hide my flaws more effectively than slacks. I will wear slacks at some point, but not yet! Even when thinnish, I avoided them when I was beyond the 130s. That may change post-plastics, and I hope it does! But I do have a small waist, which is my saving grace, and I dress to hide my defects. I love wrap dresses and skirts so much! But over the past while I've noticed that a lot of wrap dresses place their waists very high up, under the ribs, almost empire-style. I hate that but I guess it works for some! I am long-waisted, so that just looks poorly fitted on me. YOU on the other hand, look so fabulous in slacks! I will never forget that awesome pic you posted on your 1-year surgiversary, so incredible, blonde, slim and gorgeous! That was so inspirational to me! In the end clothing size is so arbitrary, and we should always wear what looks and feels best regardless of the number or letter. It makes me feel good to see sizes go down, but I'm still in the mid-170s, so any size small I may fit into is "small" only because of the ubiquitousness of vanity sizing!
I have had a very busy 2 weeks. TGIF. I am stressing about stuff and want to eat stuff.
I have stayed within my calories but the choices... yesterday I had Target's version of Halo Top--
Caramel Maple Bourbon Pecan Ice Cream. Yummm but Heart palpitations started within minutes of finishing... quick ate some chicken... and it all seemed to even out.
Thinking about making Fish tacos for dinner. Tacos JB, Tacos :)
ETA:
QOTD: I can do real push-ups now. Not on my knee push-ups. Real ones. Especially after 2 shoulder surgeries last year this is very exciting.

Hi everyone,
JB, I hear ya on the long ass days. I'm right there with you! For the first time in several months I took a partial day off. I had a 10 am meeting then took the rest of the day off. I told my boss I needed some mental health time for myself.
QOTD: I am really happy that despite the pain knee pain I am able to get myself to the pool. Over the past few weekends I have been swimming 80 laps each day. I will be back at it 6:30 tomorrow morning.
