Thanks, Sheila! We might stay with Otter, or we might change it, not sure yet.

Good morning!

Another great ride, another workout at the gym. I'm enjoying the morning gym thing a lot. Usually when I go, I do 30-60 minutes on the elliptical and then lift weights another half hour. It can get tedious being there that long and I don't want to get up at 5am to accomplish that. So, I ride the bike to the gym, lift weights/plank/core for 30 minutes and then ride to work, which finishes the cardio. It leaves me feeling nice and warm at work (if not a little sore) but I'll take it. I arrived at work, and I'm on coffee number 2 (decaf after the first one) because it tasted so good. LOL

Menu is on plan. Protein bar/coffee breakfast, Oikos greek yogurt with a couple of oz of raisin bran on top for snacks, and lunch is tuna/cottage cheese/cucumber mixed. Supper is unknown but protein.

QOTD: If I had a million dollars, I'd buy some dijon mustard and a K-car (a nice reliant automobile). Ok most Canadians will get that, LOL.

Really, I'd keep it simple. My dream drumset, a new Toyota Tacoma (manual transmission) with a tow package, a 5x8 open trailer and a 5x8 covered trailer for the band gear. Maybe a camping trailer as well. The rest would be for my family. We would probably try and find a small piece of land outside of the city, with a small house on it as long as there was a shade tree or two. I'm not a complicated or fancy-stuff type of guy, so that would be ideal for me.

I'm not Canadian...but if I had a million dollars, I'd buy you a monkey (haven't you always wanted a monkey).
