What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I have to say those pictures cracked me up! It looks like an absolute blast! The closest I've come is rafting down the Delaware - a big calm river with minimal rapids (at that time of year!). Good for you Sheila, for being such an intrepid good sport! Was your guide ok? Hope he just got soaked, not bumped around too badly. I'm not sure I'd have the courage to raft on water like that! Kudos to you!

The guide was fine, he got back in the raft right away. The other guides all harassed him for falling out. It is such a fun thing to do. I wouldn't have thought I would have had so much fun. I guess when you no longer feel the biggest in the group you actually start participating in life.

I figured he was probably fine, but wow, the adrenaline! It would have taken me at least an hour to shake that rush out of my arms (I always experience adrenaline as an electrical current shooting down my arms)! I'm really so happy for you, Sheila, for all of the wonderful and rich life experiences you are enjoying! You simply rock!

Good morning! I can't imagine eating the same thing every day! Never even thought of it, but our 3 pups love their food - although they do big eye sad stares when we eat. My cat will refuse to eat if I don't constantly change his wet food flavors and textures, he is super spoiled. Still feeling sore and stiff but better. Hoping for a drop soon, but whatever is going on needs to work itself out first - I remain a machine!

QOTD - The homeless, hungry and sick would get it all.

Accountability - I'm a machine!

Good morning menu buddies! I got all the workouts in yesterday. I am only in a little bit of pain today because of them.

Qotd: I would donate to an MS or Stroke foundation. My grandmother has MS. A stroke took my mom 4 years ago when she was only 50.

Accountability: yesterday was not perfect. I had a two hour meeting with a financial advisor that kept me from eating my afternoon snack or drinking water for most of it. I also missed a calcium! Then we went out to dinner as a practice for our upcoming trip.

Bf: 4oz siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

MS: cinnamon pork rinds 100cal bag, babybel cheese

L: 2 chicken meatballs, 4 triscuits

AS: 1 black bean brownie

D: leftover steak

A premier protein pudding (if needed but hasn't been needed in about a week), 800 cal, 75g protein,120oz water, all vitamins, 1 hour swimming laps, 1 hour treadmill.

Good morning! Late check in for me, I'm taking a sick day today. I had an issue with blood sugar last night, massive leg cramps and what sounded like a volcano in my stomach last night so I took today so I can nap/rest. JB, love my beagle pic-still miss my Ruppert (and Baxter too- my first beagle).

Accountabilty: still no almonds but as stated above low BS issue I think caused by a few snacks last night (peanut snack and somersaults) lead to PB crackers and a banana.

QOTD: Wow, that's tough as there are just so many I can think of.

Menu for today: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and an orange L: albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots S: almond milk latte, carbmaster cottage cheese and ham pack D: low carb pita, buddig meat, spinach salad, sliced peaches and dark chocolate squares ES: yogurt and fiber cereal. Haven't plugged into MFP yet.. V/W on track.

I hope everyone has a great day.
