What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Morning all... First all thank you for all the love yesterday....You guys really are my family from afar and I can't tell you all how much you all mean to me... Still sad going home and not having the little one there and the older cat is crying a lot but it will be ok we will get through it....Today is going to suck for another reason I have this big meeting at work and it is not going to be fun but Oh well I guess not all days can be glitter and unicorns right!
QOTD: Well I have to charities that I support Be the Match is the bone marrow that saved my god sons life four years ago so they are near and dear to me as is the college freshman who donated his bone marrow to save my little southern gentleman as I refer to my godson. The other charity that I support is Driven to Save Lives which is for organ donation.... So I would divide my million equally.
My food for the day:
B: egg scramble and coffee
L: ham and cheese roll up
D: steak and broccoli
Have a great day friends....
Good morning! Hope everyone has a great hump day. Weekend's coming!
QOTD the youth at our church are involved with a program that helps setup housekeeping for people transitioning from homeless shelters or halfway houses. When they are struggling to make ends meet, it's nice to see them provided with household goods that they probably wouldn't be able to purchase themselves.
Yesterday cals 683, protein 69, carbs 28, fat 33. Today B 1st tea with half and half then omelette with Greek yogurt filling. L baked BBQ chicken. D TBD. Snacks Turkey pepperoni lettuce rollups, light string cheese.

Morning JB & RNYers,
Love the dog meme. I never looked at it that way that my dogs eat the same thing every day over and over. Who knew "lamb kibble" could be eaten day after day and still seem yummy? LOL
I am not surprised your job is kicking your butt already, your Boss/organization is very busy and because you produce such high results they just pile more on you. When you are that good everyone want you right?
QOTD: This is an easy one, since I have two Labrador's and there is a local charity near me called "Lab Rescue" I would donate to that. They rescue Labs from homes where they are beaten or mistreated, pay for anytime of Vet care/surgeries/meds and then work to re-home them to a good family.
4.8 yrs post op - Eats today are:
Two vanilla premier protein used as "creamer" in my decaf coffee all day
Activia yogurt
half a gala apple
3oz of bbq ribs
1/2 bran muffin with LOTS of butter
My patches are on and doing a 10k run when I get home then cutting grass/yard work
Have an awesome day everyone!
