FYI: even now I still struggle with thinking that 3-4 oz of dense protein doesn't look like enough food to feel full. I'll order or prepare more food and then have to put alot of it away because my pouch just won't take what my brain tells me is portion. As you will hear people say on OH, WLS is on your head and is a tool. It doesn't fix your brain or your habits.

Keep to plan and you will be successful!

I was having about 1/2 cup at meals, unless it was dense protein and then only about 1 ounce. And it was really hard to get any dense protein in. It took me to 8 months or longer to be able to eat 3 ounces of meat.

Now, at almost two years out, I am surprised at what 3-4 ounces of meat looks like. I always think it will not be enough (it is). But I am also still surprised that a size 8 jeans will fit me.
