What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Too early.
Qotd: My in laws are newly retired. The trip we are planning is to take them on a nice vacation to celebrate that. My husband is excited about it but a little worried too, his dad is showing signs of some neurological issue and so far they can't identify it. Hopefully it won't effect his enjoying the trip though.
Accountability: okay, but way more carbs than I would like. Carrot lentil soup was what my friend made for lunch. She was sweet enough to figure out and give me the nutrition information though!

Good morning~ Yum, tacos! I love Jaws and watch it every time it catch it on. The big screen sounds fun! Came in to work today and there was no power. It was disgustingly hot in my office. It was out for about an hour and all is well now w/the air conditioner going, ahhh. My low back (sciatic), hips and knees... well everything is achy and sore since yesterday, I'm retaining and inflamed everywhere I'm sure. Which explains why the scale is up this morning. I've been working so hard to be a machine so this is frustrating.

Stick with the plan! It is really frustrating when the scale doesn't reflect the hard work, but keep with it and the drop will come. You are doing great!

G'morning all!
JB - love your little memes!
Monday was a busy one. It's always hard for me when I come back from a weekend mini get away. Our white water river rafting went great. As soon as I get the pics I'll post them. The middle fork (American river) is hard and our raft guide was thrown out. So for a total of 30 seconds in the middle of tunnel chute (supposedly the hardest part) we were on our own. In most of the pics I have a look of pure panic...but looking back it was tons of fun. The kids liked it enough that are willing to do it again next year. DD especially liked the glamping aspect of it.
QOTD: DH & I will celebrate 25 years of putting up with each other next year. So this Aug is 24 years. Every year we look at each other and say "well, that went better than expected!"
Accountabilty : on the rafting trip great, yesterday meh!

This is for your taco cravings. :) Yes I made my husband take a ride to Portland, Maine last week while I was on vacation to get a Lobster Taco. Let's just say I could eat just those for life. LOL. The taco "shell" was made with two kinds of cheese and pieces of bacon. Protein heaven.
