Sorry about your fur baby. :( I have two dogs and a cat. My oldest dog Norman is very senile but still doing well. Some problems with his legs but for a Bassett Chow mix, he is hanging in there.

Your pic reminds me of how excited I was when I finally got a car that had CUP HOLDERS as my first car did not.
Qotd: none are coming to mind. My birthday is next month (not that 33 is any major milestone!) and my anniversary is in October (2 years married). Parents are divorced so no big parties for any of that.
Breakfast: peaches n cream Premier, because I bought some a while back I wanted to use up. Stopped for almond milk sugar free latte on my way to work.
lunch: ham and cheese roll ups, and about 1/2 C of cucumber slices from my first garden cucumber. I also made a yogurt-based spicy habanero veggie dip. Yum.
Dinner: I have some leftover rotisserie chicken to use up, so maybe just that with some variety of wiggle sauce.

Good morning! The taco pic intrigues me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter. LOL
I got up this morning and hopped on the bike, rode to the gym, lifted a bunch of weights and biked to work. I think I'll make that a theme this summer. I don't have a lot of extra skin going on, but there's some. I want to build muscle particularly in my upper body and arms to help with that even a little bit. I have noticed that with the weight loss, push-ups and holding my body weight up on even bars (like handrails while waiting in line at an amusement park) is not only possible, but quite easily done now. I'm going to build on that. The past few months I can feel the strength improving that I had lost after surgery, to the point I feel almost stronger than before. That's a good stage.
The menu is a little bit weird today, because I packed it in about 15 seconds. Protein bar and coffee for breakfast, a small apple and a cheese wedge for snacks, and lunch is tuna/cottage cheese/cucumber mixed up. Supper is unknown but likely chicken related. Oh there's a baggie of cut up veggies and a bit of dip if I need it too, but I go easy on the veggies. I go through phases with flavoured water. Lately it's lemon-juice infused ice water by the gallon.
QOTD: Milestone.....Hmm....I can't really think of any 'big' ones at the moment. My folks celebrate 50 years marriage this year. They're nuts but they're adorable.
this taco holder! It was 61° when I left the house at 6:30 this morning. In July. Love it!
Yesterday I had pork skins and that will be the last time. Maybe it's the fat, but my tummy asked me what the heck was I thinking!
Yesterday, cals 908, protein 105, carbsc31, fat 40. Today B 1st tea with half and half then an asparagus omelette then 2nd go round of tea. L tuna salad. D TBD. Snacks deli Turkey, light string cheese.
