Good Morning and Happy Monday! Jaws on a big screen sounds fun and hope all goes well with your trainings- I know you'll do great! Back to work and back to a routine that isn't all things house. I feel so lost and once I get caught back up on everything (later this week) I will try and go back and read through the posts from last week. I have so many emails to read through but I just keep telling myself that it's going to take time and just work through them.
Accountability: Last week wasn't bad, just a few extra snacks here and there that I need to rein in on now that I won't be physically moving all day long (lol). I still haven't had almonds. I did toss the open bag I had in the pantry when we moved but have a few unopened bags.
QOTD: I don't remember the joke, but my brother in law told us one Saturday during the move.
Time since surgery: 3 years 10 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Jimmy Dean protein pack (ham/cheese/boiled egg)

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Good morning! Today is going to be a great day. I am headed into town to get groceries, which is an hour each way. My husband doesn't work on Mondays, so it's our "date day".
Accountability- on point! I did trade out my steak kabobs for smoked tri-tip. We bought a new smoker and I love it. I have been experimenting.
Food for today-
B- smoked chicken sausage, 1 egg, 1 oz light motz
L- turkey breast, egg and 2 cherry tomatoes from the salad bar while shopping
D-grilled chicken breast, maybe asparagus
S- if needed, chomps
Lots of water and vitamins always on track
exercise- walk tonight with my husband
Morning friends... Having a tough day today one of my kitties is not doing well and we think she will be crossing the rainbow bridge in the next few days and it has made me pretty melancholy today...
QOTD: SO... I always laugh and think it funny when I see someone do something stupid and get hurt. You know the young ****y kid who thinks he can skate board behind a car and said car slams on the brake and he goes flying into it. Anything like that just puts me into giggle mode and my husband constantly showing me clips like that.
Food for the day:
B: coffee and a cheese stick
L: egg scramble
D: No clue daughter is home tonight so it is one of those what does she want to eat while she is home kind of things...
Hope you all have a good day.
So sorry about your kitty! It is hard when they are sick and I hope that the passage is a calm one.
