What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Makes sense. I've just always heard of doing both at once. Same reason that my surgeon didn't want to do the TT and butt at the same time. Pulling front and back and hindering healing. I have a vertical incision as well as the lower horizontal one, but the vertical is to fix my RNY scar that didn't heal well at all.

Good morning! Yesterday was spent doing laundry, but I did so in my pajamas, which I didn't get out of all day. It was glorious! I also did a clay face mask and I did my nails, which are actually longer than they've ever been. All the vitamins maybe? I did stay up too late watching Riverdale, a series on Netflix VERY loosely based on the Archie comics. Super dramatic and I can't stop watching.
qotd: my cats make me laugh on a daily basis. I caught my youngest one sleeping in a cat house that she outgrew long ago, so she looked a bit like Alice in Wonderland when Alice grows and ends up wearing the house. Pic below.
breakfast: coffee with premier
lunch: leftover chicken fried cauliflower rice
snack: string cheese, pickles
dinner: pork temple meat, zucchini (omg it's zucchini season and I already have 10 zucchini sitting on my counter. Taking to work to share!)

I've been harvesting off my kale since early spring, same with my snap peas. Ive had broccoli, but the plants aren't producing much now except a few bite sized florets. I've gotten a few harvests of green beans, and I have enough basil to keep the pesto coming all summer and I'll freeze a bunch too. I just got my first cucumber Saturday, and I saw some peppers too. No ripe tomatoes yet.
The zucchini just started coming on last week and I already have more than I'll be able to eat! Keep an eye on those! Lol you might think "oh it's small, I'll let it grow another couple of days." And when you come back, you have a giant zucchini the size of your thigh.

Exactly. I used to use those ones to grate into zucchini bread, but that's off the table for me!
