Good morning! We has such a lovely day at the beach yesterday - could not have picked a better day! Today we are taking the dogs to the park for a good long walk, cleaning the carpets, organizing some clutter that is has been building up for months, more Poldark and BBQing beer can chicken for the first time tonight.

RNY 11/21/16 - HW/SW 309 LW 150
REVISION 4/10/23 - HW 240 SW 225 CW 164 GW 155
Mornin'!
I got up around 7:00 CDT, but as usual, couldn't think of a QOTD - yours is great, Peach!
I had dinner with a friend last night - went over my calorie range a bit, felt totally waterlogged this morning (sodium...), but oddly, was down a pound. But I'll take it!!! DH and I are headed out for coffee soon. I might go to meditation at 10:30, not sure. Yoga at 5:30. Not sure what else - maybe work on my organization's Web site and try to figure out what to take to a potluck on Wednesday night, since I won't have much time this week.
QOTD: my usual weekday breakfast was a smoothie. But these things were huge - like at least double what I would drink now. I used either about a cup of Greek yogurt or a big chunk of tofu, lots of fruit (usually a banana as my base fruit, then something like melon chunks or a couple of peaches, then a handful of berries to top it off). Oh - and enough orange juice to get it going in the blender. And sometimes a scoop of powdered milk for the calcium and creaminess. i'm sure it was loaded with nutrition, but also - SUGAR and CALORIES! Probably 600 calories. Weekends we would go to coffee shops for breakfast, which meant a scone or one of those giant muffins. Post-op my breakfast is a cup of Greek yogurt with berries about 99% of the time.
3 years out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein shake
L: bimimbap (meat & veggies only)
AS: L&F yogurt, strawberries
D: pork chop, corn on the cob
ex: yoga
Good morning Peach! You are so dedicated with your running! I envy you, because I love running but at my age I'm afraid of damaging my knees or other parts of my body. I'm hoping to avoid replacement "parts" like so many people my age are having.
We might go to the local Wampanoag Pow Wow if we can get a parking space. A lot of our friends are participating. Kayaking on our pond is a possible option today as well.
QOTD: Good one! I guess a large plate of pasta with a creamy sauce. I used to love pasta, but the thought of something like that makes me imagine a very icky feeling!
2 Years, 3 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Salmon burger or chicken sausage
S: ostrim meat stick, yogurt

Love the question of the day. Breakfast for me would be not much. But later in the day I would lie to myself saying I haven't eaten all day and house as much food as I could.
b:protein pancakes made with cream cheese eggs and protein powder . Bacon coffe lots of coffee
l:chicken tenders that are very litly breaded
D:Steak not sure since it wil be a late lunch I may just make that tomorrow
the weather here is perfect doesn't get better than this.
enjoy the day

Good morning! Peach, I'm not a runner but your personal challenge has inspired me - I'm trying to come up with something I can challenge myself to do between Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Maybe some type of push-up/pull up challenge since I can do it anywhere.
qotd - I wouldn't do it often but my "treat" breakfast was biscuits and sausage, in quantities I can't wrap my head around now.
accountability - pretty good, I couldn't eat both enchiladas in my dinner last, I'll find out at lunch if it's reheatable!
b - premiere + coffee
s - light and fit yogurt
l - 1/2 of real good food enchiladas
d - 3 oz mozzarella and 6 slices pepperoni
Totals - 567 calories, 67 protein, 16 protein
I'm sore today so I'm giving myself a workout break. Have to clean house today so I think I'll get 10k steps I'm still!
happy Sunday all!

There is a plank challenge going in now (which I'm failing miserably at). 30 days, goal is to hold a 3 minute plank. Pull-up is never personally try-- but push up...hmmmm
I'm not doing any more fitness based challenges for a bit- I need to take a minute and focus on nutrition.
cant say I've ever fancied biscuits for breakfast. Even pre-op I klfelt they were excessively heavy. 4 pancakes sure... 1 biscuit-- nope I have my standards lol.
