LOL. My husband always complains that when I smile in the pics my eyes disappear. What can I say?

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay Everyone!

QOTD: I was a very good kid in school, but there was one time when our English teacher in High School got called out of the room for a few minutes. While she was out of the room one of the kids turned the hands of the clock forward. When the clock read class dismissal time (early of course) the kids yelled, "bell rung!" and so the teacher said, "Okay, class dismissed." Everyone got up and left. But my girlfriend and I decided to be good and went back to class and told the teacher that there must've been some mistake. She and I got brownie points for coming back to class. Ha Ha! I did feel really bad, though, for the mean trick we played on the teacher, because when we went back she said she had been called out of the room because her son had been in a car accident.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 115, Calories - 1,450, Carbs - 167.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: peanut butter & banana on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: Healthy Choice chicken & vegetable stir fry, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt

E: taking Blossom for a walk

Have an awesome day everyone!

Good morning menu friends. Lily and I have done 3+miles this morning and will do at least another two this evening. I don't have any pics today as I look like a bum in a tshirt and jeans right now. I'll take a pic Sunday for next week. QOTD my mom was a teacher so I was a very obedient student. If I hadn't been there would have been consequences at home too. I'm still a rule follower so I guess that hasn't changed. Post op 5 years 10 months and weight at 118.8. Accountability fair with no extra bites. I didn't quite get my 10,000 steps in though as we had rain in the evening so we didn't get a second walk in. Heres the food for today B 1 scrambled egg,2 sm pieces bacon and 1/2 piece toast L protein at cafeteria and small salad D grilled chicken kebob we didn't have yesterday because of rain S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices! Time for coffee!

Happy friday everyone!
stopping in quick today since I am working the dept alone again. No pics today unfortunately. i forgot to bring my phone/camera to the fireworks so all the pics are on DH's phone and was too busy swimming at the beach to take pics so they are all on others' phones too. hoping they will send me copies!

QOTD: I was always too shy/well behaved and afraid of getting in trouble to do anything bad in school. the worst thing I ever remember doing is faking sick to stay home and forgetting to do homework once...I just forgot to put it in my assignment book! I remember getting in trouble for forgetting one assignment in 6th grade and I had to do detention. It was VERY traumatic for me, I remember because I didn't get to participate in the quarterly "reward day" that period, which was making iron-on tee shirts with special fabric transfer crayons. I was so distraught I came home super upset and my mom went out and bought the iron transfer crayons for me so I could make my own at home LOL.

Morning: coffee w/half vanilla PP and sugar free blueberry syrup
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/chopped up strawberries and grapes
L: leftover sausage egg roll in a bowl
S: light & fit greek yogurt
D: leftovers of some kind--probably leftover chicken cordon bleu casserole

Good morning :)

Nothing special planned for today but I will be going outside to enjoy the cooler day. Tomorrow we are getting together with friends who just got a Bernese mountain dog puppy. Too cute!! Then probably just little projects around the house.

QOTD: I was a pretty good student... In grade 8 I was spending lunch hour in study hall and got caught passing notes and chewing gum. Ended up with a detention. Never got another detention after that lol. Scared me straight ;)

Post-op three years and four months.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - cheese and cherries

Lunch - tbd

Snack - Greek yogurt and oatmeal bites

Dinner - ribs and salad

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

I was so tired last night I went to bed at 9 and passed right out! Didn't stir until my cat was begging me for her breakfast at 5:30.

My friend from Colorado is home for the weekend and we are getting our whole gang together for dinner at a TexMex place I'm not very fond of, but I'm going for the social aspect and will have an easy time resisting most of the food. I find it generally greasy and disgusting.

Qotd: I never got in trouble at school. I never even skipped classes until college when nobody really cared. My mom was a social worker and dealt with truant officers, so I was more scared she'd find out something right away and I feared her wrath more than any school punishment!

Pic below is DH and I on our way to my family's 4th of July celebration

breakfast: coffee and premier

snack: Greek L&F

lunch: chicken fajita (no tortilla) with cheese

dinner: something likely disgusting. I'll take a protein shake on the drive ;)

Happy Friday menu buddies! Today I have yoga, lunch with a friend and shopping for vacation. Hopefully I can fit in treadmill time today too!

My second picture is of the bunny that hid in our fire pit for nearly an hour while workers cut down trees in the park behind us. The first is just me in front of my bookshelf full of toys! My office is definitely a happy place.

Qotd: Goodness yes. Not all of the trouble I got into was because my dad came before me either. The worst was a fight I got into, in a class no less. She shoved me first, for really no reason, I turned around and punched her. We both got into varying degrees of trouble, she was suspended, I had to write an apology note. The teacher saw the incident start to finish and was baffled by the girls behavior, according to her I just defended myself. Ahhhhhh, high school.

Accountability: really good again!

Bf: 4oz siggi's yogurt, 37g Julian's bakery pro granola

MS: nothing cause of yoga timing

L: not sure. Out with a friend, but protein first

AS: 1 hard boiled egg

D: 2oz leftover salmon, 1/8 cup cooked carrots, 4 triscuits

A premier protein pudding if needed, 120oz water, all vitamins, yoga, lots of walking and hopefully 60 minutes on the treadmill.
