I've seen Biltong on your menu and wasn't sure what it was. I found some Hawaiian chicken bites at GNC made by Stryve and they also make Beef Biltong in several flavors. I'm going to see if I can find it and try it. How is it like beef jerky?

The nutrition for the Beef Biltong is really good although the $$ is a little more than Chomps. GNC seems to carry it and so does Amazon and some other online stores.

Because NZ has a very healthy South African population we have a lot of Biltong. It could just be Afrikaans for jerky.

It is essentially beef jerky, but slightly dryer/more crumbly than regular jerky. I find it easier to eat and there are less odd flavours. Pepper, pepper and chili, plain seem to be the flavour choices. Sometimes the craving for teriyaki gets me ( the carb profile is not so good). But mostly I like plain or pepper.

I will check Amazon and GNC and have a look.

Stryve makes an original, teriyaki, pepper, garlic and peri-peri. I ordered some to try.

Peri-peri mmmm! We have local chain restaurant that does traditional peri-peri chicken and it is pretty darn tasty!

I bought one of each when I was trying it all out too. Easiest way to find what you like and don't like.
