Very cute pic of you and Rob, Amy! I'm so excited for you, moving ahead with your first plastics consult! Please share your experience with us. I know I will need to do this too, in time!

Good Afternoon... posting late because it takes hours to get a family of five packed up and out of the house. It was mayhem and madness this week with my houseguests...enjoyed every minute... Pic below of me and my-daughter-from-another-mother as well as one of my favorite dishes I made for brunch after they left. Eggs cracked onto a bed of spinach with TJ lite mozzarella and TJ garlic salt.

QOTD: I remember once getting after school detention in HS but don't remember why. I hated my math teacher for trigonometry in 10th grade in that she was boring. I never did my homework and she would randomly call on people to put their homework problems on the board, One of the other students sitting near me would hand me their homework and I would put their problem on the board.

B: latte, watermelon

Brunch: spinach, eggs, cheese, lite English muffin

L: chicken on salad

D: TBD

S: Greek yogurt, protein drink

ex: rest day because knee is bothering me since I went shopping in high heels on Tuesday. Majorly hiked around the outlets

Wonderful pic of you and DD-from-another-mother! Hope your knees feel better. I love heels, but they are definitely more demanding than flats!

The cat photo made me laugh. Years ago a Weigh****cher weigher asked me if I had eaten liver that week and I said NO. She said, "Honey, if you want to lose weight you have to eat the liver." I said, "I'd rather be fat."

QOTD: I never got in trouble at school. I knew if I did, I would be in more trouble at home. My kids made up for it though.

Another hot day. I went grocery shopping this morning. I had a BO/GO coupon for Sola ice cream, sugar free, so I can have ice cream when DH has his.

No photos for me. I'm going to get some off my phone to post.

Menu:

Big Train & coffee - YUM!

That's a very cute pic of you with the little goats, JB! And that cat image cracked me up!

After a full 7 days (my longest stall ever - I know I'm lucky) at 180.4, the scale finally moved into the 170s this morning, hallelujah! 178.8, yay! It's exciting every time you drop into a new range, isn't it? Onward and downward!

Amy's post about meeting with a plastic surgeon got me thinking. I know I will want several areas addressed once I've been stable at goal for a while. I've been wondering what women opt to do after WLS if they have breast lifts - to augment or not? Fat transfer or foreign object? If you opt not to augment, is your cup size way smaller, or are your breasts mostly just further north? There's a lot to consider.

QOTD: I got into trouble like you wouldn't believe, too much and too drastic to detail here. The worst of it wasn't really my fault, and it certainly wasn't my parents fault. I was so fortunate that I was able to take care of my mom at the end of her life - I love her, and boy, did I ever owe her for what I put her through. And was I ever fortunate with my son, who was a very good kid throughout.

First: 38 ounces of tea, with much more to come!

B: ham with smoked gouda

L: Salmon

D: beef

Have a wonderful day, menu peeps!
