If you're ever having a bad day, watch funniest clips of Family Feud on YouTube. Always brightens my day to see his reaction towards some of the answers :)

I could never do Deal or No Deal because I can't make a decision to save my life. I mean seriously, my friends know not to have me pick a restaurant because we'd die of starvation first. That game is absolute torture for me.

Morning!

Im working the second shift today, and I'm so thankful for the chance to sleep in and get some homework in before I head in today. Small mercies ;)

QUOTD: oh good question! I've been feeling nostalgic lately, and games shows were all my grandma and I watched when I was a kiddo. So this is a nice walk down memory lane.

I agree that Jepordy would be the most fun IF I was smart enough. However, I don't think I would make it past the intro haha. My grandmas favorite show was wheel of fortune, so probably that or Family Fued.

M:

  1. Coffee with SF hazelnut, then coffee with premier
  2. Tuna with Avo
  3. Chicken breast
  4. Egg salad (I can't remember who's recipe, but the one with cottage cheese instead of mayo)
  5. Yogurt

Quick post today! Our 4th was awesome, but we got hit with a thunderstorm and crazy downpour. After realizing it wasn't going to let up any time that night...we just went out and lit our fireworks in the pouring rain in the storm! Most wicks are waterproof and we just ran them out of the shed to light them and then ran back into the shed once the wick was lit to watch. We left completely soaked through, covered in sweat, soot, and bug spray. It was 1 AM by the time we got back home, and then I was disgusting so I had to have a shower. It was about 2 AM when I went to bed and I was up at 6 for work. I'm a zombie today, but I had a great time.

Accountability: I did eat the watermelon I'd planned on and had a bunless cheeseburger for lunch and a bunless brat for dinner, but nobody brought sweet corn and I thought that was a tragedy. I did eat a piece of pineapple upside down cake and nibbled a few potato chips that were not planned. Spent the rest of the time drinking water.

qotd: I think I'd go on Jeopardy. I seem to know a lot of answers when I watch at home, especially history, literature, and pop culture. I know if I got on the show though, I'd freeze, forget every piece of knowledge I have, and make a fool of myself. I always thought I could be someone's phone-a-friend for Who Wants to be a Millionaire, but couldn't actually be the contestant!

breakfast: coffee sans Premier, because I forgot to grab it on my way out the door. I'll have a Greek L&F in a bit.

lunch: tuna packet, pickles, string cheese

snack: I brought some of Emiepies egg salad but I've been hit or miss with actually eating my planned snack.

Dinner: whatever is quick or a protein shake. I feel so tired and cranky today I might just want to get into my pajamas and not give much energy to dinner. Imagine ME saying that...dinner used to be my favorite thing to plan and cook, and now I frequently don't even want to bother with it!

Good morning~ Yesterday felt like Saturday all day and today feels like Monday! We went on a lovely hike yesterday. It was beautiful and quite a workout too. I thought I would be sore, but I'm not, yay! Looking forward to many more new trails before football season starts and I'm a widow again... Would you believe I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 8 and slept through all the fireworks? Rob couldn't believe it! So happy that I only have a day and half of wor****il the real weekend!

QOTD - Totally Jeopardy! Rob and I have fun watching, he is brilliant and I'm always impressed by the cool stuff he knows. I may not be contestant material, but I do pretty well if I do say so....

Accountability - killing it on CAMAW!

19mo post op - 159.9!

b- coffee x1, 2 scrambled eggs

l- tuna w/mayo and lemon

d-BBQ smoked turkey breast

v/l - on track

Ohh what a 4th. The morning started as planned, but it was bright and sunny and a little warm during the parade. I was running around doing social coordinator type things, socializing and taking pictures...When it was all said and done I was exhausted and might have gotten a bit overheated. So I skipped the little ones birthday party and slept for 4.5 hours. Ugh.

Qotd: I wouldn't want to be on any game show! I love them but I don't want any kind of attention at all. If I had to choose one...maybe The Voice as a mystery contestant...if I could sing, at least for most of the time on that one they can't see you! Although I do have a funny story about the Price is Right. My brother and I would watch it every afternoon while having lunch during our summer vacation. One day about 1 month in he was really really upset and yelling at Bob. I couldn't figure it out so I asked him what was wrong... he started crying and said he hadn't gotten any of his prizes yet! He wanted the new cars in time for our mom's birthday! I still laugh about that one.

Accountability: I came in under calories again. I got an amazing steamed Salmon dish for dinner and it was so moist and tasty but I could only eat about 3oz. Ended at 800 calories for the day, but 92g protein!

Bf: 4oz Fage yogurt, 37g Progranola

MS: 1 cheese stick, 1/2oz pork rinds

L: 3 chicken meatballs, less than an oz of cream of chicken soup, 4 triscuits

AS: 3" banana, 2oz deli meat

D: 4oz leftover salmon

A premier protein if needed, 120oz water, all vitamins, 30 minutes treadmill, 2.5 mile walk with a friend.

Hello to all! I made 20 blocks for a crumb q:uilt and that was fun.

The fireworks started about 5:30 p.m. and went until about 2:00 a.m. We have fireworks available to the public because????? An adult neighbor had a lot of company. They were setting off huge amounts of firecrackers that got louder as they burst. Sounded like they were at my front door. Even my dog with hearing loss could hear it and was upset. My pup and the cat were also stressed with the continuous loud noise.

My order of Big Train arrives today. I'm anxious to try it in my coffee.

QOTD: Definitely Wheel of Fortune. I'm really good at guessing the puzzles. I'm impressed we have a contestant from Jeopardy in our midst. We watch it daily and I can answer a question sometimes, but I would look like a total dummy on the show. My son is big on trivia and can answer a lot more than me.

Menu:

Egg/Bacon/Cheese scramble; 2 pcs Melba toast

Click shake

Brat & Bush's Southwest Black Beans.....very good; just heat and eat

Greek yogurt

Ham & Cheese Quiche
