QOTD: I don't think so. I am not a big reader at all.

Accountability: In stead of having Kelibasa and steak for supper I had steak and grilled shrimp. Other than that I was on plan.

Same menu as yesterday.

B: 1 eggs, 1/2 slice of cheese, turkey sausage

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 2oz turkey breast

D: 2oz grilled keilbasa, 2 1/2oz grilled london broil, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:698, Carbs:6, Protein:95

Wow, I'm beat. It's been non-stop again today. I don't know how people move frequently. I've been staying hydrated, eating protein forward and still no almonds! I hope everyone is having a great week.

I had an almond double-grab on Monday night. Not proud of that, but I resisted when my head told me to eat them last night!
