Heat Sensitivity

Hello everyone!

It seems like I am having issues as the heat outside increases. I went from being an internal furnace to always being cold. But, lately I have noticed when I am outside in the sun, for even a short period of time I start to feel ill. Heart racing, I feel like I could pass out, etc.

Anyone else have these issues?

I have had this happen and it could be dehydration.

Good point with hydration. Have you changed any meds lately? Some have issues with sun exposure, making you more susceptible to this issue. I'm not aware of the surgery component, other than many get dehydrated. Good luck

I had my dosage of my anti-depressants increased a little over 2 weeks ago. Maybe it is that? I didn't think about that.

Some of the meds I have been on made me overheat terribly. That certainly could be the problem. I finally had to change meds.
