Good morning~ It was a a lovely day yesterday, our hike was perfect! The rest of the day was spen****ching soccer, working around the house, BBQing a relaxing! Today is much of the same, except no hike, just a neighborhood walk with the dogs. I have a few errands to run and I may go try on swim suits today, we'll see....
QOTD - Pretty much every year as a kid was great. My Aunt would have a 4th of July party/family reunion every year in Connecticut. I have a HUGE family w/tons of cousins and it was awesome. They had a pool and the fireworks were awesome.
Accountability - great - the invisalign diet works, haha! So, I'm stepping it up and going CAMAW for a while as I need to see the scale keep moving downward - only 16 pounds to goal!
19 mo post op - 161.6- YES!
b-coffee x3, fried eggs
l-leftover chicken piccata
d-BBQ chicken
v/l - on track
e-walk
Have a wonderful day!

I guess there's more than one way to get to goal!
The games yesterday were sorta disappointing but the Croatia game this afternoon should be good. Gotta get back from the pool before it starts.
Have fun shopping!

Mornin'!
I'm headed out for coffee in a few - then meditation class. It's supposed to be cooler today (mid-80s) but storms off & on all day, so I guess we'll be trapped in the house again! Last night we started a jigsaw puzzle that's been sitting on the table forever - so we can work on that some more - or read I guess...
QOTD: I don't really remember any 4th of July's other than being in some parade when I was around 10. I can't even remember why I was in the parade - maybe Camp Fire Girls??

I will! Our instructor has been off for the last four weeks or so, so I'm REALLY happy to get back to it! There's a morning class as well (just once a week, though), but in the past I could rarely go to that one because it's at 9:00 on a Wednesday morning - but no more! I'll have so many more exercise options now!!
I'm so excited for you! No rocking chair for you in retirement

Good morning weekenders! While it is still morning here at least, for another 1/2 hour... so late today. Sleeping was rough last night with this ridiculous sleep apnea dental device in.
Qotd: My most memorable 4th was definitely the first spent with my now husband. We went into Boston to listen to the Pop's and watch the fireworks. I don't much remember the festivities but we had parked in Newton and taken the T into the city... which was great until we tried to leave the parking garage. Something happened in the only exit ramp and we ended up stuck for hours just waiting having no clue why. The way he handled the mess of that night I knew he was the one for me. I expected anger and rage since that is what every man in my life to that point would have done. But not Karl, we made jokes and played silly games and just calmly waited. Finally the police opened up the entrance ramp for us to leave by (3 hours later). That was only our 3rd or 4th date too! It was awesome.
Accountability: Really good day yesterday. Everything on plan and my afternoon walk with my friend was a great workout and good time!
