Going to be another scorcher here in Quincy. Lily and I got up about 5 and got four miles in this morning before temps started to rise. Luckily our ac works well in the camper as we'll probably be stuck inside to stay out of the heat. Lily and I will do at least another mile as the sun goes down. Accountability was great steps were over 12,000 and no extra bites. Post op 5 years 10 months and weight at 119 today. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L not sure as going out with the group after church but definetely protein D salmon kabob we picked up at Hyvee yesterday and if needed some lettuce S sm apple 1 T peanut butter. QOTD the year when the boys were 9 and 10 and hubby set the farmers field behind the house on fire. Luckily he was a fireman and had a hose out so no damage was really done. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices today!

Karen, how much protein do you put into 1/2 c of oatmeal? I may try this tomorrow after CAMAW.

peanut butter is magical! (as long as I can keep it to a tablespoon or two). I had some yesterday because I was feeling like an eating machine - it filled me up for several hours (and stopped the eating) - YAY!

P.S. I was thinking that the peanut butter - plus the fiber from your oatmeal - plus the extra protein from the 1/2 scoop of protein powder - must tie you over for the whole morning! I'll try that sometime.
