What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
There are some early risers here. Hot, hot, hot in Missouri again today.
I'm proud to say I stayed on plan yesterday and felt much better skipping the sweets. The scale this morning is down and so close to my first goal. Not sure if I want to do the CAMAW.
QOTD: No plans for us. We're retired so just another day. Burgers on the grill are all I have planned.
This morning I'm watching cooking shows. Sewing/quilting is on the schedule the rest of the day. I'm so irritated with Hallmark. I like to have their movies on while I'm sewing but I've seen all of them. They just keeping running the same ones over and over. I think they want you to purchase their movie plan for $10. Not doing that. We pay way too much for cable so I'm not paying any more for movies.
Yesterday I made 3 pillowcases for a women's shelter. My quilt guild has donated a bunch of quilts for women and children. My contribution is kids' quilts and pillowcases.
Menu:
Protein coffee
Eggs/bacon/cheese - working on NOT having toast with my eggs
Protein shake
Ham & cheese roll up; Greek yogurt
Click shake
Salad w/chicken

CAMAW is meat and anything else from "critters", so basically meat and dairy.
