Good morning All! Many in Massachusetts will be thinking like you about the beach. The trek to Cape Cod started last night (there was a 1 mile backup to the bridge at 6 pm). I plan to get to the beach today as it will probably be crowded over the weekend. The good thing about retirement is that I can now avoid the crowded weekends if I want and just go to the beach during the week.

QOTD: Hmm... I always liked my hair (when short - it doesn't like to be long). My eyes are okay (especially after an eye lift earlier this year LOL). When I was young, I thought my legs were pretty good, but my thighs are rather saggy these days. I suppose the other thing is my tummy thanks to a TT, because I hadn't had a flat one since I was a teen.

Accountability: I was 100% on plan again yesterday on day two of three on CAMAW, following three days of AMAW. I have held off on weighing until Saturday hoping that I am back in my preferred weight range after vacation at that point. Only one more day!

Yep, I am sticking to this side of the bridges for the next few days... I can only imagine how bad the Cape traffic will be with this epic heatwave!

Thank you! There was a mile at the bridge at 6 on Thursday - I can't imagine what last night (Friday) was like. My SIL is supposed to drive down as early as possible this morning.
