QOTD: I don't really have a favourite feature.
I admit I did really well Thursday (forgot to post) getting all the right amounts of food and liquids in and today was just not on par. And in all my running around this morning, forgot my am medications...
I was out all day at the quilt shop for "stitch & b****". I do some tutoring and it was nice to get back into my Friday routine. I packed my breakfast, lunch, and medications. Dinner was clean out the fridge.
B: chicken salad with a couple grape tomatoes, coffee, protein water
L: 2 small grilled chicken tenders and some small pieces of cheese
AT: 12g Biltong
D: poached egg and a couple of avocado slices
S: Yoghurt (wound up having 2 bites and decided I wasn't hungry enough to eat it)
Fluids: 1.4 litre All vitamins taken only missed morning meds
I know it will get better with time... Worst part is that I am out of protein water and while it cleared customs, it hasn't made it to me yet. I love that stuff!
