What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Happy Friday - I have missed you all, I have had a whirlwind week, full of meetings, projects and visitors from China. This weekend we have 3 grad parties to attend, next week I work Mon and Tues and then off until Monday the 9th. I have been on plan and exercise has been my usual as well. I have been reading and not posting.
Great Pictures everyone and have a wonderful weekend!

Hi folks! Last day of vacation. Left my parents at dawn and we're on our way home, just shy of 4 hours left. I'm so glad we're coming home on a Friday and will still have the weekend to get ready for next week.
Qotd: favorite feature: my legs! Ive always loved my legs- even when I was SMO. The loose skin looks ok IMO. Funny thing my Mom asked if I considered getting my arms done- when I told her the cost she went right into 'exercise can do it' mode. Nope- it won't, but I'm ok with it.
No scale so no weight. I think I'm not going to weigh till Sunday- travel tends to cause a big jump for me and I don't want to freak out. 3.2 years out
M1: banana (last for a while--I think my parents were trying to turn me into a monkey!); Greek yogurt & blueberries
m2: egg McMuffin- minus 1/2 the muffin
Snack: 1/2 Wendy's chocolate frosty
I could not eat for the rest of the day and be fine, but my protein is low. I could have packed a lunch for the road at my parents, but everything would have included bread and I've had more bread this week than I've had in a LONG time. I'm going to go 100% protein tomorrow to break the carbs I've been eating this week.
im proud to say I left 3 untouched sleeves of crackers in my parents pantry.
I should be able to get my run in at sunset after I get home. Day 33- I cant believe I'm almost done!

Yeah for no crackers! Travel safely and enjoy your run!
