My pic today is of my second attempt at sugar free, high protein, low fat/carb, less than 50 cal cookies. They almost hit all the markers, but need more protein and a bit better flavor. I am a baker so these little experiments help get me through now that I can't bake all the time.
Qotd: I love my nose. A little strange but everytime I look at pictures of me it always makes me thankful I got my mom's nose not my father's.
Accountability: right on plan yesterday. I did need to add the premier protein pudding though, hungry after treadmill time.
Bf: 1 egg, 1 slice Dave's killer bread powerseed thin, 1t margarine, 1t sugar free preserves
MS: 1 babybel, 2 homemade protein cookies
L: pulled pork at a friend's house. She sweetly sent me the nutrition facts and although I can't have sauce or the bun I can have the pork!
AS: premier protein pudding
D: 1 serving bypass cookbook Turkey chili
Calories about 700, protein about 75, exercise swimming and 1/2 hour treadmill, 120 oz water and all vitamins
I gotta second Kelly. The hippo is too cute!

Tacos......how I love them!! Tortilla chips are a red light food for me. I can pass up all other chips but tortilla chips.....can't get enough.
Thanks to all for responding to my post yesterday. I probably should have posted as a new post rather than here on the menu post. Today is a new day and I have my menu planned. The scale shows me up a pound but my sins of the last few days may still catch up with me.
Heat wave here in Missouri. Upper 90s with a heat index of over 100. This is usually July and August temps.
QOTH: I like my hair. My hair has a lot of natural curl so no perms and it's always been easy to manage. Last November I quit coloring and let it go natural. I didn't think I would like it but I do.
Eats for Today:
Protein coffee (I'm ordering Big Train Fit Frappe today)
Greek yogurt w/few walnuts/cocoa powder/Skinny syrup
Click shake
Ham; cottage cheese
Mock Frosty using SF pudding mix & adding a scoop of protein
Salad w/grilled chicken/cheese (the guy are having BLTs)
Was going to add a photo but it only brings up old ones I save on OH.
