What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Yeah!! Just back from my first post-op swim! I did laps for 40 minutes and felt great. I'm tired and working on rehydrating and then another protein shake but it was wonderful!
Here are my pics for the day in my new swim gear. You can see my new belly button and where the PS had to fix the incision from my RNY.

Good morning everyone! It is a beautiful morning and I have Pilates in a bit, so I am up early again. It is going to be a beautiful day, so I am hoping to get outside. I have some serious watering to do in the yard.
This weekend I need to grocery shop and I will be trying out some of the recipes I have planned for my high school reunion. The committee meets on Sunday, so they are my guinea pigs. I also have to get the minutes typed up from the Board meeting. Ugh!
Have fun at the fair. I love people watching oh so much.
Accountability: I had scallops for lunch, so good. I also had a glass on wine. Not sorry.
QOTD: I love my post plastics boobs. I haven?t been able to go braless since I was 16, so it makes me super happy that I can now. Plus they are a full size smaller. Big boobs suck.
3 years + 7 months post op:
B: egg, Xtreme Wellness tortilla, lite mozzarella
S: 3 oz chicken thigh
L: 4 oz country style ribs
D: 3 oz rib eye and 1/2 cup roasted vegetables
Totals: calories 752, carbs 21, protein 65
My protein is low, so I will likely add a protein snack to this.
