this is kind of a quickie since our contractor is coming by in a few minutes to get some measurements (we're replacing our deck with a screened porch)
too much partying the last three days - which means too much eating! I have to really watch it the next few days or things will get out of hand...

No photos. I keep saying I'm going to take some to post and then it's Friday again and no pics. Ugh.
Yesterday cal 725, prot 74, carbs 32, fat 35. Today B 1st tea with half and half then turkey sausage patties then more tea. L tuna salad. D pork tenderloin. Snacks deli turkey, light string cheese.
Having date night tomorrow instead of tonight so we can see a laser light show of a patriotic theme at the state museum. Looks like fun.
