I drove myself crazy after surgery always questioning if I was losing enough.
Jbwould message the vets who were kind enough to reassure me that I was going to lose if I was following the plan.
it can be really crazy when we start out and not just think about the scale.
look at your NSVs so you don't go stir crazy.
