I mix it with hot coffee! Take the powder and mix it with a bit of water and stir til it's the consistency of brownie batter, then add hot coffee and stir again. It mixes really well that way and gives my morning coffee a yummy protein boost.

carbs & calories - you're going to get 100 different answers for this. I don't really count carbs anymore, although I avoid white carbs (pasta, rice, white flour, sugar, etc). I did watch my carbs while I was losing, though. But I'm not very carb sensitive, and a lot of people on here are - so that makes a big difference. I can eat 1500-1700 calories a day and maintain my weight. That also varies a lot between people. Some people on here have to eat 1000 or 1200 to maintain.

I love the Jason Bourne movies!

QOTD: I love doing BBQ. I used to really love the fresh corn from the local farm done on the grill. No more corn for me but I do still make it for my friends and family.
