Thanks,
I am probably being too critical of myself because I know there was a time I was able to do it for an hour...but that was at least 5 years ago and I was younger, didn't have a child to worry about and had more time to spend on myself and go to the gym regularly. Now I need to wait til later at night after Story is in bed and it's hard to keep going when it starts getting late and I am tired and just want to go to sleep LOL.
I know I'll get back there at some point but you're right...at least I am doing it! and as long as I keep doing the work it will keep getting easier.

Good morning,

It seems lately that I don't have me time. I haven't read the menus since Monday. I have something every night except Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Plus I had to get paperwork together and turned in. I dropped it off last night.

I have an appointment with the bariatric dr this morning. Hope she is pleased with my progress this month.

Had 2 protein bars and popcorn last night.

Qotd not really, just going to the lake.

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!

QOTD: Our family (Saralisa and me and my brother and his 8 kids, their spouses and 13 grandkids) all get together for 4th of July. We have a big pot luck meal and they spend a ton of money (a lot more than I think they should) on fireworks and shoot them off. It's a fun evening.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 85, Calories - 1,235, Carbs - 119.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: ham & cheese on light bread, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: Panera, probably Greek Goddess salad

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, reduced fat ice cream

E: walking Blossom if not too hot

Have a fantastic day everyone!

Hi Kelly, I don't know for sure what time he will get in this evening and our Book Club was moved to 7 pm so I probably won't see him until tomorrow. (He's going to spend all day tomorrow in town), so I'm sure we will get together sometime tomorrow.

Thanks for asking, Janet! She is busy getting things ready for camp. The actual week of camp isn't until July 15 - 20th. But they prepare decorations for the rooms, costumes for each day's theme, and gifts for the kids for each day so she has been busy getting things ready for camp. She spent hundreds of dollars last year on Royal Family Kids' Camp but this year she is trying to get things ready less expensively since she doesn't have a job yet.

She is going to apply to be a para at the high school library but she is waiting on her supervisor from the internship to write her a letter of recommendation. The supervisor emailed Saralisa and said she was really busy and asked Saralisa to write her OWN letter of recommendation and she would sign off on it. Is that something professionals do??? Seems really weird to me!

I had to write my own letter of recommendation for admission to law school. It was difficult to do, but it actually was a really good exercise because it made you focus on what you believe others perceive as your strengths.
