What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I love SLO too, such a beautiful place to live! Sheila is on the Central Coast too - I wonder where? We'll have to ask! I may be in SB in early October - the dates are still up in the air a bit, but if so, I would love to meet you (and Sheila!). You two are my Central Coast Sisters! True dat, even though I'm much further north now!
Yippee, I'd love that!!!
I'm in the Santa Cruz area, but can drive to SLO or SB. Love both places. In fact I had mentioned this when I saw the east coasters gathering. I said we west coasters should do the same.
Let me know when and where!

I'm in SB the second week of October for a wedding. Never been there, but looking forward to it!

I am getting ready for my last personal yoga session, unless my back problems warrant the HR department giving me 3 more which the instructor wants. Happy news, my husband is up early with me and getting ready to go into work. First time in over a week! I will miss him being at home but am so glad he is healed up enough to get back to normal.
Qotd: All of my goals are art and quilting related. I have a ton of UFO's that need to be finished or tossed. I also have some new projects I desperately want to get started but not until my current 3 are done. I would also love to start working on character art again...
Accountability: I was hungrier in the afternoon than I anticipated so instead of pork rinds for a snack I had pro granola and siggi's yogurt. Lots of protein but also upped my calories more than I would like.
BF: 1 egg, 1 slice Dave's killer bread powerseed thin, 1t margarine, 1t sugar free preserves
MS: 1 babybel, 2 homemade protein cookies from my new batch (DH says they are better)
L: 37g julian's bakery pro granola, 4oz Siggi's yogurt
AS: 1 Turkey meatball
D: 1/2 baked chimichanga
A premier protein if needed and 1/4 cup blueberries
About 820 calories 77g protein, 120oz water, 1hour yoga, 35 minutes treadmill

Good morning menuers. I had such a great time with Julia, John and Cynthia. I am sure it will be no surprise to anyone that John and Julia are the perfect hosts. And those kitties! I miss them already.
I slept 10 hours last night. I did not realize how tired I was, but I felt great when I woke up this morning (at 5:00).
QOTD: My goal is to get all meeting minutes done and out within 3 days of any Board meeting. I am the Board Secretary for one of the BODs I sit on, which is ridiculous since I HATE doing minutes. I mean really, really hate it. I figure it is character building to suck it up and do a good job. Blech.
Accountability: it can be summed up in one word: Biscuit.
I came home to no food yesterday, so my menu is up in the air today. I pulled a rib eye and some chicken thighs out of the freezer to thaw, so it will be a combo of those. I also have eggs.
Here are some pics from my visit.
