Good Morning!!! It's my birthday!! I feel super special being able to celebrate with my parents. I'm 41 today- plan is to go for a run in a bit. I was gonna just do 1 mile in honor of my 1st year over 40- but I'm just gonna run what feels good. I have cute dress to wear- and will even toss on some make-up which I swore off this whole trip. If I had lace trimmed frilly socks like when I was a kid I'd probably put those on too. Not sure what they haVe panned- hubby keeps mentioning having to be somewhere at 4:30pm. My Dad made blueberry cheesecake- can't.wait! I'd like to go to this local pace you can decorate tour own cake/cupcake, but i really don't need the extra sweets.

Qotd: not wls related goal? Well I don't consider my runstreak wls related, I do that for my health (but so was wls...). But I am looking for another goal to work on when my run streak is up. It will be fitness/nutrition related though. I don't Have much else I'm striving for otherwise. There is no other level for me to attain at work- and the parenting/wife thing is going well. I've gotta follow these answers to see if I missing something life thing.

No scale, no weight- 3.1 years out

m1: egg, ham, cheese

m2: Greek yogurt, berries

m3: 1/2 steak (leftover), sliced tomato

m4:??

And there will be blueberry cheesecake- no guilt.

Happy Birthday!

I am sure you figured this out already, but I totally bombed on joining you for the run-streak. I still cannot run outside on pavement because of the achilles, and my treadmill is currently "down" from being covered in dust and grime, since it lives in the rooms we gutted to the studs. I should have made myself go to the gym every day, but I didn't... D'oh. But I loved the idea and once my treadmill is back in service, I think I will make my own challenge. Maybe Labor Day to Thanksgiving!

what about 3 min planks or a pullup? I'm working on the pullup but man is it hard when you have jelly arms.
