G'morning all!

JB - your pics crack me up. Love the attitude of the little girl. I wish you were my kids principal. I think our school needs a lot of improvement.

Reading everybody's goals I was impressed with this group. If you think about it, we used to be obese people who didn't move much. Most of the goals I read were about new or more challenging activities. Yay us!!!

QOTD: I mentioned before my trainer is making me do sprints. They are like HIIT. When she hits 8.0 or 8.5 speed on the treadmill I panic. I run them for the 30 seconds I'm supposed to do but in my head I keep doubting myself that I'm capable of doing them. Jeez, a year ago the 4.0 jog was a stretch for me. Anyway my goal is to feel comfortable during the speedy part and trust my body that I can do it. Our goal is to reach 10.0 during the high intensity periods.

Accountability : on point. I was inspired by Liz and I'm gonna try AMAW for three days. Maybe that will help me get over my bump. It's gonna be really hard for me without my protein shake or cheese.

B: coffee (no creamer) + turkey

L: chili lime burger

S: turkey jerkey

D: seasoned ground turkey, taco meat

Wish me luck! I've done CAMAW once but never AMAW!

Happy hump day!

Good luck Sheila! I've never done AMAW either. Fingers crossed for you, you are so incredibly close to your goal!

The first two days are the toughest! I had the headache in the beginning too but it was gone by day 3. Make sure you drink a lot!
