What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning, friends! Yesterday after our OH guests left, I got in a little weekday beach time on the Cape. It's T Minus FIVE days until I am back at work, so I am trying to soak up all the sun and fun that I can. Today's plan involves putting up a new ceiling in the rooms we are redoing, then a hike in the Blue Hills Reservations, and some shopping.
Accountability: I changed up a few things but stuck to good behavior.
QOTD: What is a non-weight loss related goal you have set for yourself? How are you doing at getting there? I have the very ambitious goal of relaxing and having fun before I go back to work next week--the little mini-vacay with Cynthia and Maryann helped me get a head start :) And of course I have a lot of goals for when I become a school principal. More than anything, I want to help create an atmosphere where everyone wants to come every day ;)

Good morning!!! How is it only Wednesday? This week has been so long! JB, are you excited for Monday and going back? I'm thinking it would have been so lovely to have you leading a school when I was still in school!
Qotd - July 14, I have signed up for an intro to Aerial workouts, so my non weight goal is to fly (relatively speaking), lol!
Accountability - ugh. During a break from these interminable meetings someone mentioned that the vending machine had the best mocha they'd ever had, so I got one. Fortunately, I didn't get sick just uncomfortable from it all afternoon and very annoyed with myself when I put it into my tracker. To get back on track, I skipped the big team dinner since I was already feeling my willpower was not serving me well.
B - coffee + 1/2 premiere X 2
l - Greek yogurt
d - Salad with chicken
611 calories, 88 protein, 20 carbs
have a wonderful Wednesday, all!

I'd love to hear how the new class goes! I'm not sure that it would be my thing, but it has always looked interesting to me.

I will report back!! I am worried I won't have the upper body strength for it but if I don't, that will give me a new goal!

So fun! My BFF just took an aerial class last Sunday and she loved it! She told me I should join her next time, and I am scared, but considering it...

I have wanted to do it since I saw Pink's glitter in the air video years ago...so I'm excited and terrified!

Aerial workouts sounds so cool! I have watched videos of aerial yoga and of course, the aerial silk-acrobatics and I'm always in awe of both the beauty and the strength of it all. I hope you love it!
