There are more things than I'd like in the cupboard that I have to exercise my willpower muscles for!! They are "Rob" foods and for the most part carbs and I'm okay, but the nuts kills me!

good morning everyone!
Another rainy day here in Chicagoland...makes for a drowsy day for sure. I left my fitness band plugged into the USB in my car this morning and I am not going out in the rain to get it so I guess I won't be tracking my steps today LOL.
QOTD: I am only 4 months out and haven't had anything truly off plan yet. I've had a small bite of potatoes here or there but I haven't had any sweets at all...I am too afraid of dumping to be honest...which was actually one of the reasons I chose RNY over the sleeve, strangely enough. I like that there is that physical risk if I make a poor food choice.
Morning: coffee w/half vanilla Premier and blueberry sugar free flavor syrup (I finally found some and this prevents me from going to dunkin donuts because I always want blueberry coffe!)
B: greek light & fit yogurt
L: turkey chilli
D: salmon fillet w/asparagus & creamy butter dill sauce
no snacks planned today- yesterday I was not hungry at all after the chili- it is super filling!

i actually found it on Amazon and probably paid more than I needed to but I can't find Blueberry flavor at my regular grocery store...it's by "skinny syrups" and its a really big bottle, i think it was about $12

Morning! Day 30 of 38 runstreak- 4 miles. Hope everyone's day is going well. Day 3 of southern living. No plans- other swimming at the complex's pool. Man is it hard to entertain teens- especially when you're in the middle of no where. Not that we'd be doing much more at home. Eating has been rough cause my parents worked so hard to ensure they have food on hand we eat-- but my kids are being finicky and barely eating. (Enter the 'pressure' to feel like I must eat). And there are so many options- protien friendly and not. I could eat the next three weeks off of what's here without cooking. Doing my best!
No scale, no weight, 3.1 years out.

Good morning! It's only Tuesday, I know, ugh... My whole body is sore from driving this weekend. I was stuck in LA traffic for much of it, which is stressful enough but I must have been gripping the steering wheel for dear life because my hands, arms, shoulders and neck are stiff as aboard, never mind my aching back. I miss Advil so much, RIP...
On another note, I received my new DL in the mail with my married name and I actually like the picture - what a difference!! I updated my weight (which was always a lie before anyway) but I decided to use my goal weight of 145 instead of my actual. Is that bad? I LOVE my new license!
QOTD - I remember it well... I was over year out and I ate several 'slivers' of the most decadent brownies in the world and ended up with RH. Fast forward about sugar - I dump and get RH. I messed around a little and it got worse every time, really bad. I have no problem staying away from sugar at all now.
Accountability - perfect, but high sodium 2 days in a row. I'm retaining water for sure...
