What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Someone did a good job surprising you! Mine (46 years ago) was supposed to be a surprise except my mother made a comment on what I was wearing so let the cat out of the bag just beforehand.

Why are the weekends so hard for me?? I have got to stay focused. I will do really good all week and then lose it on the weekend. I am going to screw this up if I don't get my crap together!
QOTD- The beach! We are about 2 hours away from the beach and we try to go every few months for a night away. I tend to not go as much in the summer though because lodging is so expensive.
I am going grocery shopping today and I am going to set myself up to be successful for the week.
B-3 oz black forest ham, 1 egg and1 oz light motz with hot sauce.
L- Not sure yet since I will be shopping. possibly grilled chicken from Chick Fil A
D- something on the grill
S-chomps or chicken siracha bar
Exercise- walking with my husband tonight.
Lots of water and vitamins always
Morning RNY's. Runstreak day 29, did 3.5 miles today. Vacation day #2. Boy being with my parents is interesting. I cooked dinner yesterday and you'd have thought it was my first time in a kitchen the way they hovered:-) I've managed to grow two whole humans with my cooking. Then my Dad made comments like, oh, you do X just like me. I said to him where do you think I learned it from. It was cute. Today we're heading to a state park for some outdoor activity- they offer swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing etc. it's HOT here- so anything with water should do.
qotd: ehhh, I could take or leave either. Mountains makes me think of technology issues. Ocean makes me think of sand occupying every crack and crevice. Guess I'm a flat land dweller.
No scale, no weight. 3.1 years out. I have a goal to NOT finish the box of townhouse crackers my parents have in the house. Crackers are a no go in my house due to lack of control. If I succeed at nothing else this trip- it will be to leave those crackers be.
M1: plain bagel, 1oz ham, 1/2oz bologna, slice cheese
m2-4: ? There is left over roast chicken from last night, and I have yogurt. We'll be out most of the day though so who knows. Just gonna make sure my water bottle is ice ice cold and full!
